Return & Refunds

If you want to return any item, you have 14 days to contact us, counting from the date you received your order. To return items, please contact us via the form or by our email at estore@bandainamcoent.asia.

Our customer service will advise you on how to proceed:

  • Changing your mind: Following our “Satisfaction Guaranteed” policy, you may return any unopened* item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. However, if the item is not damaged or otherwise defective, all return fees are at your expense and cannot be refunded. The refund will be made within 15 days of the returned item(s) being received and checked by our logistics team.
    *We reserve the right to request photos to confirm that the item is in original condition. If you have removed the plastic packaging or security strip, the items are not eligible. This applies to items with collector boxes, such as games and figurines.
  • Defective or non-compliant products: We will assume all return fees. If the product is in stock, a replacement unit will be sent to you within a few days of the returned item being received and checked by our logistics team. If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

Our Customer Service team will make every effort to reimburse you within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods (because of bank processing times, you may have to wait a few days before the refund appears in your account).

We recommend retaining your proof of return until the refund has been issued.
