Ahead of the upcoming release of BLEACH Rebirth of Souls, Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia is pleased to share a new trailer showcasing the features and gameplay of the highly anticipated title.  

Set for release on 21 March 2025 on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S* and on PC via Steam®, BLEACH Rebirth of Souls fighting system revolves around a three-way deadlock of Attack, Breaker and Guard that players will have to exploit to find openings in their opponents’ defence.  

A careful mastery of distance and counters will also be key in this game. However, after receiving enough punishment, the Awakening state can turn the tide of the battle, unlocking new potential, better stats, and some new actions, including a very devastating Kikon Move.

Secret Story Mode 

The Secret Story mode delves into the main narrative from each character perspective offering a unique and deeper look through their eyes. Side episodes will also describe the daily life in between battles. Players will be able to experience the journey of Ichigo Kurosaki from the Substitute Soul Reaper arc, to the conclusion of the Arrancar Arc. 

Battle Mode 

In Battle Mode, players can test their skills against their friends offline and worldwide players online in intense action battles. 

In Mission Mode, players test their skills in predefined missions with objectives and goals to achieve.

What is BLEACH 

BLEACH was a smash-hit battle action comic serialised in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine until Volume 38 of 2016. First published in 2001, the series has attracted a devoted global following, with sales of the 74-volume comic book series reaching 130 million copies worldwide!  

The series was subsequently adapted into an anime series broadcast between 2004 and March 2012, and also features four feature-length movies.  

A new series known as BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War, featuring updated character designs, began its first season in October 2022. The second season, BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War - The Separation, began in July 2023, while the third season is set to launch in October 2024, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the BLEACH manga. Achieving worldwide popularity, the series continues to attract more fans even today.
