Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia is pleased to announce today the upcoming release of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered on Nintendo Switch™ and PC via Steam® on Thursday, 22 May 2025. 

The official website also launches today - https://seed-bdr.ggame.jp/*, along with pre-orders for the Steam® digital version** via the Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia e-store. 

*The site will be displayed in Japanese.  **Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch™ download version are scheduled to start at a later date. 

The remastered version of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny, originally released in 2012, is set in the world of the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Series and covers the period from C.E. 71 to C.E. 73. As a soldier on the battlefield, players fight through these turbulent times. Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered retains the same gameplay with improved graphics and enhanced system and operational aspects to make it more enjoyable for new gen consoles.

Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered includes Story Missions, which consists of missions faithfully reproducing famous scenes from the original Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Series, as well as the original missions. Players can choose to belong to one of the three factions: the Earth Alliance, Z.A.F.T, or the Archangel. By fighting alongside or against popular characters, players can relive battles in the C.E. era. Participating mobile suits within the game come from the following works: 

With over 100 mobile suits unchanged from the era, players can “tune” their favourite suits and challenge powerful enemies.

About Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Battle Destiny Remastered 

The UI has been revised to match current-generation systems. Along with the battle scenes, tuning and mission selections have improved operability across the board. Additionally, new features such as lock-on mode have been added for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
