Our return policy is reserved only for defective* or non-compliant products. If you find any of the products damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days via our Contact Us page and our customer service will respond to you. *Any damages to mail packaging sustained during delivery process will not qualify for returns or refunds.
When will I receive my refund?
Our Customer Service team will make every effort to reimburse you within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods (because of bank processing times, you may have to wait a few days before the refund appears in your account).
We recommend retaining your proof of return until the refund has been issued.
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time in your account under “Your Orders”.
As soon as your item is shipped (up to three days after ordering), you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need to track your package (tracking reference and link to carrier’s website once available).
